Evelyn + Alper | Austro – Turkish Wedding on imperial grounds

When I first met Evelyn, it was through our mutual friend Juliana. She told me her best friend was going to get married and so we started talking :)

Because they both work rather busy jobs I was only able to meet Evelyn before the wedding. But as they are both extremely kind and loving persons that was no problem at all and when I met Alper the first time on his wedding day it was already as if we knew each other.
I started to document the day at Evelyns apartment to capture some getting ready pictures of the lovely Bride and her Bridesmaids. It’s a great start for a wedding reportage so I always love to be part of the getting ready.
Their wedding took place in the old Viennese galopp racetrack which was built back in 1839 to entertain the emperor and his entourage.
The racetrack is an awesome area on the edge of the Prater in the heart of Vienna, it has lots of outdoor space with some great architectual highlights all around. Great for Portraits!
Because of the awesome weather they decided last minute to do the ceremony in the open field, the results were magnificient. But, enough words, let me show you the photographs!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to capture that special day for you Evelyn + Alper, I wish you only the best for the future!
